VUW Handball Start of Season Welcome Event

After the great turnout this Monday, with so many new prospective players, we thought a social event to welcome everyone new the club, meet you guys and for you to meet everyone else was in order! To that end, we have reserved a section of The Hunter Lounge (at Kelburn Campus) THIS FRIDAY, 18th March, from 5 pm onward for a big Vic handball social gathering!

In addition to meeting the other players, getting all the valuable info on the upcoming league and national tournaments and having a good time, the Hunter Lounge is doing 2 for 1 medium sized margherita pizzas, and $10 jugs all evening!!

Back to Trainings: New Players Welcome!

As the 2016 Handball season looms closer, and the season announced to begin with the Wellington League on the 10th of April, we are back to training from Friday 11th March.

As before, the trainings will be at the main gym at the Kelburn Campus at Vic. The training times for the season are as follows:

Monday: 6 pm – 8 pm

Friday:  10 am – 12 pm

It is time to get back to fitness and scoring goals! For any new prospective interested players, feel free to along and give it a go, no commitment, see how you like it and we will take it from there!

BOTH students and non-students are more than welcome.
